NXTZEN GLASS COAT

NXTZEN Glass Coat is designed to bond with automotive and industrial glass surfaces to create a durable, superhydrophobic surface with a self-clean effect.
Glass Coat will improve driving visibility especially in wet weather on automotive glass by improving wiper blade function and allowing water to form small droplets and roll off while driving. THE PROCESS

My standard application process when applying one of my ceramic coatings.
  • Snow Foam pre wash soak
  • Vehicle is High Pressure washed to remove loose dirt
  • Clay Bar & Chemical decontamination to remove paint surface contaminants (Road Tar/ Bug Splatter / Industrial fallout)
  • High Pressure Rinse.
  • Wheels & Arches High Pressure Cleaned.
  • Microfibre Drying Towel Dry to prevent Scratching, Blow dry to remove water from crevaces.
  • Tyres Cleaned & Shined.
  • Interior is lightly vacuumed & Inside of windows are cleaned.
  • Exterior Paint is then inspected for an imperfections. (Light scratches/wash marks/polishing marks etc)
  • A Single Stage Paint Enhancemant/Correction is completed to make sure paint is better than new and free of any imperfections
  • Exterior is then given an IPA (isopropyl alcohol) & Preparation Solution wipe down to ensure a clinically clean surface in preperation for Ceramic Coating.
  • Paint Protection is then applied by hand to small sections of the vehicle at a time. Any high spots are lightly leveled off by hand to ensure a flawless finish. All exterior surfaces are coated not just the paint, this includes lights and any exterior plastic trim.
